Burns Supper/AGM Jan 30th

Burns Supper and Annual General Meeting- Monday 30th January 2012
All parents and Cubs, Beavers and Scouts are invited to a mini burns supper on Monday 30th January 2012

From 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

Our group AGM will take place during this evening, though it is planned to keep the formalities of this to an absolute minimum. The main event of the evening will be our Burns- theme which we intend will be hosted by the young members from Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.
As well as toasting the haggis, we plan to have readings of Burns’ poems.
We also plan to have new Cub members doing their Cub Promise
And a “moving up” ceremony for the older Cubs going on to Scouts.
